I been using the Chick-fil-A app a lot, and the rewards add up faster than I thought they would. Some items does feel like they take a lot of points, but getting free fries or a sandwich here and there is still nice.

"Pretty fair deals if you check the app"
I usually open the app to see what limited-time offers or free rewards are available, chick-fil-a has had some solid promos lately. The app is easy to use, and I feel like if you’re already grabbing lunch there, it’s only fair to take advantage of the deals when they pop up. Makes the meal feel a little cheaper, which I’m definitely not complaining about lol.

I got charged twice, which was annoying at first, but support handled it quickly. The refund showed up in about 2 or 3 days, so overall it wasn’t too bad.

I’ve stopped at Chick-fil-A in a bunch of different cities, and it makes me happy how consistent it is. The food is almost always hot, my order is right, and the staff are friendly in a genuine, easygoing way.
That dependable experience is a big reason I keep coming back. It’s just nice knowing what to expect, and the app makes quick pickup super simple too.

"Fresh and dependable every time"
Chick-fil-A just hits the mark for me most of the time. The chicken usually comes out hot and crispy, and it has a nice flavor without tasting overly salty. The waffle fries are almost always fresh too, which I really appreciate because soggy fries can ruin a meal fast. I’m also a fan of the sauces since they make everything taste a little better. It’s not fancy food, but for fast food, it feels like they actually care about what they’re serving

I mostly use Chick-fil-A when I’m trying to figure out what’s safe to order for my kid with allergies. The allergen info is helpful... like, I can check gluten and dairy before we go instead of having to call the restaurant or ask a bunch of questions at the counter.

I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the cross-contact notes still make me pause and reread things a few times. So yeah, it could be a little easier to understand, but overall it definitely makes ordering feel less stressful.

Even the Sunday closing time was easy to spot, which I really appreciated. The store hours on the site were simple to find, and my local store’s times ended up being accurate. It just made planning my trip a lot easier.

"Fast delivery and everything felt just right"
I ordered Chick-fil-A for delivery and it brought back that little happy feeling you get when your food shows up exactly how you hoped it would. It arrived quicker than I expected, the fries were still warm, and my sandwich wasn’t smashed at all, which I’ve definitely had happen with delivery before. The driver was friendly too, and nothing was missing from the bag. Just an easy, solid order that made my day a little better. 5 stars from me

"I swung by the drive-thru on my lunch…"
I swung by the drive-thru on my lunch break expecting it to be a slow mess, but it actually moved a lot faster than I thought it would. The worker was friendly, my order was correct, and the food was still hot when I got back to work. i was ready for something to be wrong because that’s usually how these quick lunch runs go, but this one turned out fine.

"Shockingly clean for a lunch stop"
Stopped in for lunch and, unbelievably, everything was actually clean. Tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and even the bathrooms didn’t make me question my life choices. It made eating there a lot more pleasant. The staff was also quick about keeping things tidy, which was a nice surprise.

The food is always good and my family still likes going here, but man the prices add up fast when you’re ordering for everyone and even though the app deals help here and there and the portions are usually decent, it still doesn’t feel cheap anymore, though compared to other fast food places I’d say it’s still worth it most of the time.

"Easy to check the menu before I go"
I like using chick-fil-a.com because it’s simple to see what’s available before I head over. The menu is laid out clearly, and I can usually check if my usual sandwich and sides are at my location. I’m always wondering if other people do this too, but it definitely makes ordering less annoying when I’m in a hurry.
